Many women experience changes in strength, recovery, and musculoskeletal health during the menopause without clear, structured guidance. Even those who have always prioritised staying active can find that their bodies respond differently, and generic advice often fails to address the specific physical demands of this stage of life. Train Your Menopause was created to provide clarity, personalised support, and clinically grounded strategies that help women adapt with confidence rather than uncertainty.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE

Olivia Platt is a Chartered Physiotherapist with specialist expertise in musculoskeletal health, menopause care and optimising midlife women’s wellbeing. Alongside her clinical practice, she is completing a PhD focused on advancing menopause-related MSK research, ensuring her approach is grounded in the latest evidence and future-focused care.

Olivia believes menopause care should be proactive, personalised and protective. She bridges the gap between physiotherapy and menopause support, helping women understand their bodies, measure what matters, and take informed action to protect their long-term health.

PERSONAL CONNECTION

Outside of clinic life, Olivia lives what she teaches. Whether training in the gym, running, or riding her horses, she values strength as a lifelong investment. Her work is driven not only by clinical expertise, but by a genuine commitment to helping women feel capable, confident, and in control of their changing bodies.
